ABOUT THE OWNER
Hi, my name is Marie. I am an energy healer and empath and the founder of Mystical Gems. My spiritual awakening really took off in 2004 although I had always been sensitive and had a strong sense of intuition and empathy. I became curious about the afterlife and spiritual realms and started sitting in circles and meditation groups around this time whilst also training as a Holistic Therapist. I qualified in 2005 in Reflexology and went on to set up my practice in Lowestoft, going on to expand by training in other modalities including Indian Head Massage and Reiki. I began teaching Reiki in 2011, attuning students to Masters level and assisting them with their spiritual healing journeys.
My artistic abilities were present from childhood but I found that I could link in with the spirit world and channel energies and beings in various artistic ways. Initially I began working more on a psychic/mediumistic way but this developed into a more abstract expression, with a great deal of channelled work in all sorts of styles and mediums.
I have always been interested in rocks and minerals and my love for crystals developed over the years alongside my spiritual development. I qualified in Crystal Healing in 2013 and set up the Mystical Gems crystal shop in 2017.
WHY CRYSTALS?
Once I started familiarising myself with crystals I realised that they have a lot to offer in so many ways. They hold their energies strongly, partly due to their geometric structures and origins in Mother Earth. Although we are organic beings, we are being subjected to so many disruptive and distorting energies whilst incarnated in the physical form on this planet.Crystals and gemstones have been used by native healers for thousands of years. They can be held, placed in your surrounding environment or used in healing to enhance energetic balance. It's not necessary to know the exact properties of the stones in order to buy them. Just allow yourself to sense which ones you are drawn to and it's likely that those are the ones that have something to offer you right now. They can assist on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels by bringing forward the frequencies that you need and cleansing anything that shouldn't be there.
This is why so many people value crystals and their abilities to assist them on their journey through life. Plus they are beautiful, amazing gifts from Mother Earth to be admired and cherished!
Crystals help to realign us to the frequencies of the earth, reminding us of who we truly are and where we come from. I am all for getting back to nature and the resonant frequencies of the earth. I am a promoter of healthy living as we are what we eat, listen to, watch and digest in more ways than one. I stay clear of pharmaceuticals and EMFs where possible and cleanse my energy field and living space regularly so you can be confident that your crystals, art and healing come from a space of authenticity, harmony and mindfulness.
HOLISTIC THERAPIES
Due to shifts in my energy vibration and life-focus I am only now doing a small amount of in-person healing work from my treatment room in North Suffolk. I also offer distant or remote healing which acts in a very similar way to in-person healing but can be done at a mutually convenient time without having to leave the house. It transcends time and space and can be a very powerful method of connection and energetic transformation.
THE SHOP
We don't have a shop front or high street premises but that doesn't mean you can only buy online. If you are in Norfolk or Suffolk you are welcome to come and browse the many crystals and artwork. Just book an appointment here and come along.
