Delivery, Returns & Shop Info
DELIVERY
UK standard postage (Evri Standard 2-4 Working Days) is a flat fee of £3.33 unless you order over £30 and then our standard service is free. Express delivery is also available (Evri Next Day) for £4.44. All orders are despatched by the next working day if you order before 3pm, and should arrive 3-5 working days after ordering depending on postage service chosen. We do not currently ship abroad.
RETURNS
You have a statutory right to cancel your product order for any reason and receive a full refund (with the exception of earrings and bespoke artwork). You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products (excluding postage costs) and will need to return the items at your own cost. Your statutory right to cancel a contract relating to the purchase of a product starts from the date when you receive the product (when the contract between us is formed). If the products have been delivered to you, you may cancel at any time within 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the products.
If an item arrives damaged/faulty, please return the item to us in its original unused condition within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order or arrange an exchange then please telephone 01502 512780 or fill in the Contact Form for an immediate response to your query. All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.
In all instances, please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the order number and a note letting us know why you are returning the item.

MISSING/LOST ITEMS
If any items are missing from your package, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to sort out the problem. If items appear to have been lost in the post, then please get in touch and we will look in to it.
ABOUT OUR SHOP
Mystical Gems has been trading since 2017 both online and at local fairs and events although we mainly sell online now and also offer visits to the shop for anyone who is local to the area. Please note that it is a home-based shop so is not open to the public Monday to Friday and all visits are by appointment only. We are a friendly company that aims to supply good quality, authentic crystals to the general public.
