ARE BIGGER CRYSTALS MORE POWERFUL? Not always. Some crystals have a higher vibration/frequency than others. Cleansing your crystals more often can help to increase their intensity.
DO I NEED TO CLEANSE MY CRYSTALS? Your crystals are always cleansed and charged before dispatching but you do need to familiarise yourself with how to keep your crystals cleansed and free from unwanted energies. Read all about how to cleanse your crystals here.

HOW WILL MY CRYSTALS BE PRESENTED? All tumblestone order batches will be dispatched in organza bags. If you require more bags e.g. one per crystal then these can be ordered in addition. Unless specified as part of the listing, gift boxes can be purchased for an extra cost. Please see listings for details. Gift messages and wrapping can also be purchased.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME CRYSTAL AS IN THE PHOTOS? For one-off and rare items it may be specified on individual listings that you will receive the exact item in the photos. In all other cases, please note that pictures are for illustration purposes only. Each crystal is unique so some may vary slightly in size, shape and colour from those in the photos.
